Mark W. Charles : CEO – MSCE As CEO of MarkCharles Group, Mark is responsible for the day to day operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) with over 20 years experience. He is a native Dallasite and successful entrepreneur. Chip Nelson : Director, Sales & Client Services As Director of Sales & Client Services, Chip sets the foundation for client relations, coordinates the delivery of our services and works to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer as well as providing leadership and coordination of our sales efforts. He has over 20 years experience in technology services, sales and human resources. Billie Gonzales : Director, Corporate Strategy As Director of Corporate Strategy, Billie is our liaison to key customer relationships, is focused on identifying and capturing strategic business opportunities as well as driving implementation of related strategic initiatives. Mohammad Behzad : Manager, Printer Repair Services Mo manages every aspect of our printer, scanner & multifunctional repair and maintenance services, he is passionate about the quality of our services and each customer's complete satisfaction. He is a certified and cross-trained field service technician with over 25 years of experience. Our History The origin of our experience dates back to June of 1988, Mark Charles founded an independent telecommunications equipment Maintenance Company located in Addison, TX which provided repair and refurbishment services including printer, computer, fax and multifunctional machine equipment, as well as a variety of telecommunications equipment and components to the then quickly expanding telecommunications corridor of the North Dallas/Richardson/Plano areas. MarkCharles Group became a success story by providing services to many well-known companies such as Texas Instruments, Cisco, Nortel, Alcatel and others. In February 1990, DecisionOne chose MarkCharles Group to outsource the repair and refurbishment of Printers, Fax and Multifunctional Machines which originated from their IT Field Service contract with American Airlines. This contract endured until late 1997 and approximately 1,500 additional pieces of printer and computer equipment flowed through our operations per month. Consequently, we moved to Carrollton, TX, and established a National Repair Depot providing printer and computer repair and refurbishment services to customers across the USA. Approximately 10,000 pieces of equipment per month moved through our operations. In 1991, we expanded our services and began providing on-site repair and maintenance services for printer, computer, fax and multifunctional machine equipment to customers in the Dallas – Ft. Worth Metroplex. In late 1991, Dallas County began using MarkCharles Group the on-site repair provider for printers, fax and multifunctional machines, and this relationship continues to this day. At the various Dallas County facilities, there are approximately 3,000 printers, fax and multifunctional machines that are serviced daily by our certified technicians. From March 1992 until October 1994, MarkCharles Group established a separate division of the business as the North American services center for Murata LTD, a Japanese manufacturer of Fax Machine equipment. Approximately 10,000 pieces of equipment flowed through our operations per month. In early 1994, we became a part of an IT services team that supported the Atlantic Richfield Co. (ARCO) campus in Plano, TX. MarkCharles Group provided 20 IT engineers and technicians where our focus was on Microsoft and Novell Desktop PCs and Servers. This afforded us the opportunity to become IT technology certified, educated and experienced. When ARCO sold to British Petroleum (BP) and closed the Plano technology campus in 1999; we shifted our energies to providing IT Support Services and Solutions to small businesses in the DFW area. Since 1999, the MarkCharles Group has designed, installed and supported Windows server and desktop networks for hundreds of Small Business customers in the DFW Metroplex.
